What we offer
Origo Global Response helps organisations get genuinely ready for disruption, not just compliant on paper. Our work is built around a simple cycle — Prepare, Respond, Recover, Restore — turning legal duty into practical, everyday readiness, shaped around the UK's new public safety legislation.
We start with people. Bronze gives staff clear, calm awareness training: how to notice concern, report it, and follow local procedures with confidence. Silver develops a trained, capable Responsible Person who owns preparedness for their site, backed by a practical portfolio of plans, contacts and evidence.
Alongside this, we work directly with local authorities on resilience and business continuity planning — supporting councils through structural change, shared-site coordination, and the same practical readiness we bring to individual venues, at a wider, civic scale.
We also assess venues directly. Venue Ready reviews entrances, exits, queues and everyday operations, producing a clear, prioritised action plan. Tabletop exercises test those plans under realistic pressure, and ongoing membership keeps everything current as guidance and risks change.
As we grow, we're extending this approach into education, educational travel, sports tours and hospitality.
